Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Total Rewards & Payroll.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own and evolve the global Total Rewards strategy, including compensation, benefits, payroll, and incentive design
  • Lead payroll operations across multiple countries, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and integration with internal systems
  • Drive compensation cycles and oversee governance of the Company Incentive Plan (CIP)


Required Qualifications
  • Extensive experience in global rewards, benefits, and payroll in a high-growth SaaS or fintech environment
  • Direct experience in a startup setting with rapid iteration and lean methodologies
  • Strong global payroll knowledge and compliance expertise
  • Bachelor's degree required; CCP, CEBS, or related certifications preferred
  • Proven ability to design and govern incentive programs
