Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of progressive experience in Human Resources
- 6+ years of hands-on experience in compensation, benefits, and HRIS
- Experience administering HRIS platforms such as Workday or ADP
- Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel proficiency
- Working knowledge of employment regulations related to People operations
