Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement the organization's total rewards philosophy, including benefits and compensation structures
  • Manage HRIS operations, ensuring data integrity and optimizing HR applications
  • Analyze workforce data to provide actionable insights and support global People operations


Required Qualifications
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in Human Resources
  • 6+ years of hands-on experience in compensation, benefits, and HRIS
  • Experience administering HRIS platforms such as Workday or ADP
  • Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel proficiency
  • Working knowledge of employment regulations related to People operations
