Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Total Rewards & People Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and administration of compensation and total rewards programs
• Oversee benefits strategy and ensure compliance with employment laws
• Develop and manage the People Operations team and HR technology systems

Required Qualifications

• 8-12 years of experience in Total Rewards, Compensation, and/or People Operations
• Minimum 7+ years focused on compensation or total rewards with leadership experience
• Expertise in designing compensation and incentive programs across various roles
• Experience leading teams in a fast-growing organization
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive insights from data
