A company is looking for a Director of Total Rewards & People Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement the organization's total rewards philosophy, including compensation and benefits
• Manage HRIS operations, ensuring data integrity and optimizing HR applications
• Analyze workforce data to provide actionable insights and support global People operations

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in Human Resources
• 6+ years of hands-on experience in compensation, benefits, or HRIS functions
• Experience with HRIS platforms such as Workday or ADP
• Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel proficiency
• Knowledge of federal, state, and international employment regulations
