Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and enhance compensation and benefits programs to align with business priorities
  • Lead annual rewards cycles and manage benefits renewals and open enrollment strategies
  • Foster cross-functional partnerships and optimize total rewards processes through data and analytics
Required Qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience in compensation and benefits, preferably in the digital media/news industry
  • Comprehensive knowledge of compensation and benefits plan design and administration
  • Experience with HRIS systems and advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets
  • Strong project management skills with a collaborative and cross-functional mindset
  • Experience managing benefits plans, including self-funded benefit plans
