Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate and enhance compensation and benefits programs to align with business priorities
- Lead annual rewards cycles and manage benefits renewals and open enrollment strategies
- Foster cross-functional partnerships and optimize total rewards processes through data and analytics
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in compensation and benefits, preferably in the digital media/news industry
- Comprehensive knowledge of compensation and benefits plan design and administration
- Experience with HRIS systems and advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets
- Strong project management skills with a collaborative and cross-functional mindset
- Experience managing benefits plans, including self-funded benefit plans
