Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Compensation & Total Rewards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the PX Operations function, overseeing compensation, benefits, and HR systems while mentoring a team
  • Design and launch a comprehensive compensation structure, including base, bonus, and equity, rooted in transparency and market analysis
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws while generating key HR metrics for business health


Required Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in Human Resources with a focus on compensation management
  • Proven track record in compensation leadership and designing scalable pay structures
  • Experience managing teams within a People Operations or Total Rewards function
  • Previous experience in a major HCM system implementation
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or a related field
