Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
  • 8+ years of progressive HR experience, including 3+ years leading Total Rewards programs
  • Experience in a high-growth SaaS or technology company with 500+ employees
  • Deep knowledge of compensation design, job leveling, and equity programs
  • Proven track record of implementing scalable and data-driven rewards strategies
