Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee benefits strategy and administration, including evaluation and enhancement of offerings
- Develop and implement a comprehensive compensation philosophy and manage compensation cycles
- Ensure compliance with regulations and conduct market benchmarking for competitive positioning
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 8+ years of progressive HR experience, including 3+ years leading Total Rewards programs
- Experience in a high-growth SaaS or technology company with 500+ employees
- Deep knowledge of compensation design, job leveling, and equity programs
- Proven track record of implementing scalable and data-driven rewards strategies
