Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in global Compensation or Total Rewards leadership roles
• Experience building a Total Rewards function from the ground up in high-growth companies
• Proven track record of scaling compensation and equity programs during hypergrowth
• Strong analytical skills related to compensation planning and financial modeling
• Experience designing compensation frameworks for AI-native companies
