Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director, Total Rewards and People Operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement total rewards programs including compensation structures and benefits
- Oversee compliance and governance of benefits programs and manage leave of absence administration
- Provide strategic leadership for People Operations processes and ensure data integrity in HRIS
Required Qualifications
- 8 years of direct experience in total rewards or 10 years without a degree
- 4 years of supervisory experience
- Experience with HRIS systems and HR technology platforms
- Strong knowledge of relevant laws and regulations related to benefits and compensation
- Experience in a multi-state, remote workforce environment
