Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Total Rewards and People Operations.

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement total rewards programs including compensation structures and benefits
Oversee compliance and governance of benefits programs and manage leave of absence administration
Provide strategic leadership for People Operations processes and ensure data integrity in HRIS

Required Qualifications

8 years of direct experience in total rewards or 10 years without a degree
4 years of supervisory experience
Experience with HRIS systems and HR technology platforms
Strong knowledge of relevant laws and regulations related to benefits and compensation
Experience in a multi-state, remote workforce environment
