Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Total Rewards and People Operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement total rewards programs including compensation structures and benefits
  • Oversee compliance and governance of benefits programs and manage leave of absence administration
  • Provide strategic leadership for People Operations processes and ensure data integrity in HRIS
Required Qualifications
  • 8 years of direct experience in total rewards or 10 years without a degree
  • 4 years of supervisory experience
  • Experience with HRIS systems and HR technology platforms
  • Strong knowledge of relevant laws and regulations related to benefits and compensation
  • Experience in a multi-state, remote workforce environment
