Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field
- 8+ years of experience in compensation and benefits leadership
- Proven experience in designing and implementing total rewards programs
- Advanced Excel skills, including complex modeling and data visualization
- Deep understanding of compensation and benefits compliance requirements
