Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and administration of compensation programs and conduct market pricing analyses
  • Manage benefits programs and serve as a primary escalation point for employee situations


Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field
  • 8+ years of experience in compensation and benefits leadership
  • Proven experience in designing and implementing total rewards programs
  • Advanced Excel skills, including complex modeling and data visualization
  • Deep understanding of compensation and benefits compliance requirements
