Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director of Total Rewards.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and evolve global compensation programs and international benefits strategies
- Oversee benefit programs across international locations and ensure compliance with local regulations
- Lead a team of Compensation Analysts and/or Benefits Specialists to enhance Total Rewards workflows
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in compensation and/or total rewards, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
- Expertise in broad-based compensation design and job architecture development
- Experience administering international benefits programs across multiple countries
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency with HRIS platforms, preferably Workday
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus
