Job Summary
To support a growing healthcare technology organization, the full-time salaried Director of Total Rewards will design, manage, and continuously improve total rewards programs while serving as a key advisor to leadership, ensuring alignment with business growth and talent retention goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and execution of total rewards strategies aligned to company growth and talent priorities
- Manage compensation frameworks and oversee annual compensation planning cycles, ensuring internal equity and external competitiveness
- Design and manage health, wellness, retirement, and absence programs to enhance employee experience and compliance
Required Qualifications:
- 8-12+ years of progressive experience in total rewards, with leadership in complex organizations
- Proven experience in designing and managing compensation and benefits programs
- Strong understanding of compensation governance and regulatory compliance
- Experience in high-growth or transformation environments
- Extensive HRIS knowledge, with Dayforce experience preferred
