Job Summary

Seeking a strategic and hands-on Director of Total Rewards, the full-time remote position will manage the design and evolution of global compensation programs and international benefits strategies while collaborating with Finance, Legal, and senior leaders to ensure market competitiveness and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities
  • Own and evolve the global compensation philosophy and lead the annual compensation planning cycle
  • Oversee international benefit programs, ensuring compliance and competitive positioning across various geographies
  • Build and maintain compensation and benefits dashboards, leading pay equity analyses and ensuring compliance with reporting requirements
Required qualifications
  • 8+ years of progressive experience in compensation and/or total rewards, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
  • Demonstrated expertise in compensation design, job architecture, and salary structure development
  • Hands-on experience administering international benefits programs across multiple countries
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable recommendations
  • Proficiency with HRIS platforms, preferably Workday, and compensation management tools
