Job Summary
Leading the strategy and execution of compensation, equity, and benefits programs, the full-time remote Director of Total Rewards will manage a small team and collaborate with HR, Finance, Legal, and Talent Acquisition to implement competitive reward practices aligned with business goals.
Key responsibilities
- Design and manage salary structures, job architecture, and pay ranges, ensuring alignment with market benchmarks
- Oversee equity programs and partner with Finance and Legal on compliance and governance strategies
- Manage a team, providing coaching and performance management while driving cross-functional alignment on compensation decisions
Required qualifications
- 7-10+ years of experience in compensation, benefits, or total rewards
- Experience in high-growth SaaS or tech environments
- Deep expertise in compensation strategy, benchmarking, and incentive design
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and financial trade-offs
- Experience managing annual compensation cycles and conducting pay equity analysis
