Job Summary

As a strategic leader, the full-time remote Director of Total Rewards will architect and manage a comprehensive compensation and benefits strategy that attracts, retains, and motivates a globally distributed workforce, ensuring alignment with business objectives and compliance across multiple geographies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a competitive global compensation philosophy and pay strategy
  • Evaluate and manage employee benefits programs, ensuring compliance with regulations across various countries
  • Leverage HRIS platforms to generate compensation analytics and track total rewards metrics
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
  • 7+ years of progressive experience in compensation and/or total rewards, with at least 2 years in a management role
  • Demonstrated expertise in compensation program design and market benchmarking
  • Strong working knowledge of US compensation regulations and pay transparency requirements
  • Proficiency in HRIS platforms and advanced skills in Excel or Google Sheets for compensation modeling
