Job Summary

Seeking a strategic leader, the full-time salaried Director of Total Rewards will manage the global design and execution of compensation, benefits, and equity programs, ensuring alignment with business goals and competitiveness in various markets while advising senior leadership on total rewards matters.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define and implement a global Total Rewards strategy aligned with company values and talent needs
  • Oversee global compensation structures and lead the annual compensation review cycle
  • Design and manage equity strategies and ensure compliance with global regulations
Required Qualifications:
  • 12+ years of experience in total rewards or compensation & benefits roles, including 5 years in a global leadership position
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical, biotech, or life sciences industry is highly preferred
  • Strong knowledge of global compensation, benefits, and equity practices and regulations
  • Proven track record of designing and implementing large-scale compensation strategies
  • Bachelor's degree in economics, Human Resources, Business, Finance, or related field; MBA or Master's degree is a plus
