Job Summary

To support the company's growth, the full-time remote Director of Total Rewards will manage the development and implementation of compensation and equity programs, modernize HR systems, and ensure compliance and data integrity across the organization.

Key responsibilities
  • Design and implement market-competitive executive and broad-based incentive structures in collaboration with the VP, People & Culture and the Board's Compensation Committee
  • Lead the evolution of HR operations and service delivery, including the HR technology roadmap and vendor management for key partnerships
  • Oversee compliance cycles and maintain internal controls over HR and payroll data to ensure audit readiness
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or HR with 12+ years of total rewards experience, or a Master's degree/MBA with 8-10 years of relevant experience
  • Demonstrated expertise in compensation benchmarking and structure design, with familiarity in Radford or comparable survey methodologies
  • Experience leading HR technology implementations or major systems transitions
  • Strong operational skills, including ownership of compliance cycles and audits
  • Proven ability in vendor and project management, capable of leading complex, cross-functional transitions
