Job Summary
Responsible for designing and managing comprehensive compensation, benefits, and HR systems, the full-time remote Director of Total Rewards will lead strategic initiatives to enhance employee engagement and retention while ensuring compliance and alignment with organizational goals.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement total rewards strategies, including compensation, benefits, and incentive plans
- Oversee HRIS operations, including system configuration, data security, and process optimization
- Manage day-to-day HR service delivery, ensuring efficient support for a diverse employee population
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field
- 7+ years of experience in total rewards, compensation, benefits, or HRIS
- 3+ years of leadership experience preferred
- Experience with executive compensation management and vendor management
- Familiarity with HRIS systems and data-driven cost management for benefits
