Director of Total Rewards
Job Summary
Leading the Total Rewards, Systems & Analytics department, the full-time remote Director of Total Rewards will design and implement compensation strategies, manage HR technology systems, and develop people analytics practices to support a global workforce.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and align HackerOne's global Total Rewards strategy, including compensation structure, pay bands, equity, and benefits
- Lead and develop the Total Rewards, People Systems, and People Analytics teams, focusing on scalable systems and people development
- Establish a robust People Analytics practice to provide trusted workforce insights and support data-driven decision-making
Required Qualifications
- 12+ years of experience in Total Rewards, compensation, and analytics, including program design and management
- 5+ years of experience in people leadership, managing managers or team leads
- Hands-on experience with HRIS systems, preferably Workday, and related People technology
- Proven ability to build People analytics and workforce reporting for executive decision-making
- Experience collaborating with Finance and Legal on pay equity and compliance across multiple regions
