Job Summary
To support a rapidly scaling organization, the remote Director of Total Rewards will manage compensation, benefits, and equity strategies to attract and retain top talent while evolving the rewards framework in response to AI-driven workforce changes.
Key responsibilities
- Anticipate shifts in workforce composition due to AI and evolve compensation philosophy accordingly
- Design and implement competitive compensation structures that incentivize high performance and support multi-market hiring
- Build data-driven models and tools to modernize Total Rewards and enable managers to engage effectively in compensation discussions
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Total Rewards with a proven track record in high-growth companies
- Strong understanding of compensation structures, equity strategies, and performance philosophies
- Experience with AI tools for compensation modeling and market analysis
- Advanced analytics skills and fluency with modern compensation and HR systems
- Demonstrated executive presence and ability to influence senior leadership on complex compensation issues
