Job Summary
Overseeing the end-to-end claims handling process, the full-time remote Director of TPA Claims Operations will manage multiple operational processes, optimize productivity, and ensure compliance while leading a team of multi-line adjusters.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the claims handling process from First Notice of Loss (FNOL) to claims payments, ensuring timely resolution
- Identify and implement process optimizations to enhance productivity and customer experience, including monitoring performance metrics
- Conduct audits to ensure compliance with regulations and develop training materials to facilitate team development
Required qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial claims operations
- Previous leadership experience in managing teams is preferred
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
- In-depth knowledge of property and casualty claims and the overall claims process
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills
