Job Summary

Overseeing the end-to-end claims handling process, the full-time remote Director of TPA Claims Operations will manage multiple operational processes, optimize productivity, and ensure compliance while leading a team of multi-line adjusters.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage the claims handling process from First Notice of Loss (FNOL) to claims payments, ensuring timely resolution
  • Identify and implement process optimizations to enhance productivity and customer experience, including monitoring performance metrics
  • Conduct audits to ensure compliance with regulations and develop training materials to facilitate team development
Required qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial claims operations
  • Previous leadership experience in managing teams is preferred
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
  • In-depth knowledge of property and casualty claims and the overall claims process
  • Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills
