Job Summary

Overseeing relationships with multiple Third-Party Administrators (TPAs), the temporary Director of TPA Management will manage contract processes, interpret reinsurance agreements, and implement oversight mechanisms to reduce audit findings while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Manage relationships with various TPAs to ensure compliance and clarity
• Handle contract management processes and interpret reinsurance agreements
• Develop and implement oversight mechanisms to mitigate potential audit findings

Required qualifications

• Strong understanding of the life insurance industry
• Knowledge of accident and health insurance, particularly critical illness and cancer
• Proven relationship management and contract management experience
• Ability to evaluate complex insurance agreements and TPA relationships
• Experience managing compliance and reputational risk tied to outsourced administration
