Job Summary
Leading the sales strategy for third-party origination, the full-time remote Director of TPO Sales will manage broker partnerships, oversee loan production, and ensure alignment with compliance and organizational goals.
Key responsibilities:
- Establish strategic direction for third-party origination sales, translating enterprise goals into actionable plans and performance expectations
- Oversee daily sales performance, monitoring loan pipelines and broker productivity while supporting complex loan structuring and issue resolution
- Guide the management and expansion of broker relationships to strengthen engagement and long-term partnerships
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or 4 additional years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree; advanced degree preferred
- 8+ years of experience in mortgage sales, including sales processes and operations
- 4+ years of experience in leadership and coaching to enhance team performance
- Extensive experience in sales leadership and business development, preferably in third-party distribution models
- Strong strategic thinking and decision-making capabilities with a proven ability to influence across organizational boundaries
