Director of Trade Analytics

Job Summary

As a fully remote Director of Trade Analytics (Fixed Term), the successful candidate will lead the transformation of trade analytics, develop actionable insights for commercial strategy, and manage a high-performing team to drive data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead the transformation of trade analytics into a modern, omnichannel capability to drive enterprise business objectives
• Develop assortment planning and promotional performance insights to integrate into commercial strategy
• Establish a single, trusted source of trade data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and accessibility

Required qualifications:

• A minimum of 10 years of insights experience with a proven record of providing actionable insights
• At least 4-5 years in a leadership role, managing teams and driving strategic initiatives
• Proficiency in data governance, data modeling, and data quality management practices
• Familiarity with data analytics tools and platforms, including SQL, Python, R, Tableau, or Power BI
• Experience in the business adoption of data science tools and advanced analytics methodologies
