Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Trade Operations and Analytics.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic oversight and guidance for trade operations activities, including governance of partner engagement and reporting cadence
• Lead the team in planning and executing complex trade initiatives requiring cross-functional coordination
• Define and implement analytics and performance metrics to enhance trade operations effectiveness and efficiency

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university, or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, focusing on trade operations or advanced analytics
• At least 3 years of people management or team leadership experience
• Broad knowledge of pharmaceutical distribution operations and supply chain channels
• Hands-on experience with advanced trade analytics and data sources
