Job Summary

Experienced in trading operations management, the full-time remote Director of Trading Operations will lead US and Bahamas spot exchange operations, manage a global team providing 24/5 service, and oversee the internal trading desk while ensuring regulatory compliance and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Build and manage a globally distributed team of trade operations associates
• Engage with customers to provide world-class service and resolve trade discrepancies
• Oversee internal trading desk operations and collaborate with engineering on automated trading systems

Required qualifications

• Proven experience in middle/back office trade operations for a brokerage or crypto exchange
• Experience leading a customer service-focused team in a 24/5 operational environment
• Professional trading experience in cryptocurrency
• Knowledge of US crypto regulations
