Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Training.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the transformation of the enterprise training function and consolidate training teams
  • Implement a new Learning Management System (LMS) and standardize training content across business units
  • Develop metrics and processes to evaluate training effectiveness and drive continuous improvement
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Organizational Development, or related field; Master's preferred
  • 8+ years of experience in Learning & Development, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
  • Proven track record in LMS implementation and managing enterprise-wide training initiatives
  • Strong knowledge of instructional design principles and blended learning strategies
  • Experience in change management and stakeholder engagement
