Job Summary
A company is looking for a Director of Training.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the transformation of the enterprise training function and consolidate training teams
- Implement a new Learning Management System (LMS) and standardize training content across business units
- Develop metrics and processes to evaluate training effectiveness and drive continuous improvement
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Organizational Development, or related field; Master's preferred
- 8+ years of experience in Learning & Development, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
- Proven track record in LMS implementation and managing enterprise-wide training initiatives
- Strong knowledge of instructional design principles and blended learning strategies
- Experience in change management and stakeholder engagement
