Director of Training and Content

Job Summary

To enhance client and team capabilities, the full-time salaried Director of Training and Content will develop and oversee training programs, create engaging content, and mentor team members in a remote work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and customize training materials and templates for various client engagements
• Create original content, including live session decks and written guides, while ensuring alignment with best practices
• Mentor team members across departments to build internal capability in security and training

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in IT, cybersecurity, or client-facing training and education
• Proven ability to simplify complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences
• Strong content creation skills, including designing training materials from scratch
• Experience mentoring colleagues in security and training responsibilities
• Familiarity with Google Workspace and usability/security tools such as 1Password and Microsoft
