Key Responsibilities

• Direct the functions of onboarding, training, and employee development initiatives
• Design and implement training programs and monitor their effectiveness
• Provide strategic oversight of training activities and ensure alignment with organizational goals

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a business-related field preferred
• Five years of management experience in a related position
• Two years of experience developing and conducting healthcare training
• Proficiency in Learning Management Systems and Microsoft Office
• Experience in the DME, Diabetic, or medical supplies industry is preferred
