Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Commercial Training and Development (Rare Renal).

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive training strategy aligned with brand, field, and medical goals
• Oversee the creation of compliant training materials and advanced modules for ultra rare diseases
• Lead the development of national training meetings and assess competency and retention metrics

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree in Life Sciences or related field preferred
• 8+ years of experience in pharmaceutical training or medical education, with a focus on rare diseases
• Proven experience leading major product launches in specialty or rare disease markets
• Strong scientific acumen with the ability to translate complex clinical data into training content
• Expertise in curriculum design and adult learning principles
