Job Summary
To enhance the performance of the Admissions team, the full-time salaried Director of Training and Development will design and execute a comprehensive learning strategy, conduct onboarding, and develop training materials while working remotely.
Key responsibilities:
- Identify training needs and develop tools and strategies in collaboration with Directors of Enrollment
- Conduct new hire onboarding and ongoing training sessions for Admissions staff
- Design scalable learning programs and evaluate their effectiveness to support key business priorities
Required qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in admissions, training and development, or related fields
- Proven experience in designing and implementing training programs for admissions or enrollment teams
- Strong leadership and coaching skills with a focus on employee growth
- Experience managing multiple teams in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Organizational Development, Training, or a related field preferred
