Director of Training and Development

Job Summary

Designing and implementing a comprehensive training and development framework, the full-time Director of Training and Development will standardize onboarding and role readiness processes while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fully remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and build a standardized training and enablement framework across the organization
• Evaluate current training practices to identify gaps and create standardized processes and materials
• Implement tools to track onboarding progress and measure training effectiveness

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
• 5+ years of experience in corporate training, organizational development, or operational development
• Demonstrated experience in building or improving training programs in unstructured environments
• Experience in healthcare, pharmacy benefit management, or a related field preferred
• Strong project management and organizational skills
