Director of Training and Education

Job Summary

Leading the vision and execution of all training and education initiatives, the full-time Senior Director of Training and Education will manage enablement and certification programs for the Edifecs Business Unit, driving software adoption and workforce proficiency in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Set the strategic vision for Edifecs University and deliver enablement programs for customers, partners, and internal teams
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain relevant training assets and implement modern LMS and AI-driven content development tools
• Establish and track KPIs for training impact, ensuring alignment with customer value and business outcomes

Required qualifications

• BS Degree in Computer Science/MIS or a related field, or a master's degree in Business Administration with at least 12 years of relevant industry experience
• Proven experience in building and scaling partner enablement and training programs within software or healthcare technology sectors
• Strong track record of P&L management and linking learning initiatives to revenue growth
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in global organizations and adopting learning technologies
• Expertise in instructional design frameworks and exceptional leadership skills
