Director of Training and Enablement

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Training & Enablement.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute the revenue enablement strategy, including programs and tools to support sales productivity
• Build and lead a high-performing enablement team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and coaching
• Manage field-facing deal support processes and develop training materials that enhance team effectiveness

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant experience in sales, training, and/or operations
• 5+ years of people management experience
• Proven ability to lead and manage teams, fostering collaboration and accountability
• Strong experience with enablement and sales tech stacks, including Salesforce and LMS platforms
• Deep understanding of enablement best practices and complex tech sales cycles
