Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Training and Enablement.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead strategic workforce development initiatives to align training programs with organizational goals and client needs
• Design, implement, and continuously enhance training programs across various formats
• Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of training professionals

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Organizational Development, Healthcare Administration, Pharmacy, Nursing, or a related field
• 7+ years of progressive experience in training, learning & development, or workforce development roles
• Master's degree preferred in a relevant discipline
• Formal training in adult learning theory, instructional design, or workforce development is preferred
• Proven leadership skills, including building and managing high-performing teams
