Job Summary
Leading the development of training strategies, the full-time remote Director of Training and Enablement will shape customer, partner, and employee learning experiences on the Arcadia platform, ensuring effective onboarding, product adoption, and measurable performance outcomes.
Key responsibilities
- Design and manage the end-to-end onboarding experience for new customers, aligning training delivery with go-live timelines
- Develop and oversee a scalable library of asynchronous learning materials and certification programs for various user personas
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure training readiness and drive continuous improvement in educational content and delivery
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in training, customer education, or enablement roles, with at least 5 years in enterprise health IT or SaaS healthcare platforms
- Proven experience in both internal team enablement and external customer training programs
- Deep knowledge of health IT platforms and value-based care models
- Expertise in instructional design and modern authoring tools
- Strong operational discipline with a track record of building and managing training programs effectively
