Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Training & Program Communications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive training and program communications strategy aligned with organizational goals
  • Lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise training programs, including onboarding and leadership development
  • Oversee the design, implementation, and administration of Learning Management Systems (LMS) to support training needs
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in organizational development, Education, Communications, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field required; Master's degree preferred
  • 8+ years of experience in training, operations, onboarding, communications, or instructional design required
  • 5+ years of senior leadership or director-level experience managing training programs or enterprise learning initiatives
  • Strong working knowledge of LMS platforms and experience with instructional design methodologies
  • Proven experience leading cross-functional initiatives and collaborating with executive leadership and other teams
