Director of Training Curriculum

Job Summary

Leading the strategy and design of training content, the full-time remote Director of Training Curriculum will manage curriculum development for jobseeker programs, ensuring materials are culturally responsive and aligned with labor market trends while overseeing an Instructional Designer and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set and own the content roadmap for jobseeker training, prioritizing development based on learner needs and program goals
• Stay updated on labor market trends and translate insights into timely updates for training content
• Apply adult learning principles to create engaging learning experiences across multiple modalities

Required Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in learning and development or content/curriculum development
• Demonstrated ability to lead content strategy and ensure high-quality learning materials
• Experience in workforce development or adult education for diverse populations
• Solid understanding of instructional design concepts and adult learning principles
• Familiarity with learning technologies and AI tools in content development
