Director of Training Development

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Training Development Delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct large-scale training design, development, and delivery operations across multiple clients and industries
• Lead the design and delivery of custom end-user training programs for major enterprise system implementations
• Build and lead large, multi-disciplinary learning teams across global delivery centers

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in the training development services industry
• 5+ years in a senior leadership role managing large, distributed teams
• 5+ years in ERP training services, with a preference for SAP
• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Education, Organizational Development, or related field
• MBA or another advanced degree is desirable
