Key Responsibilities:

• Keep up-to-date on training industry trends and incorporate innovations into training offerings
• Develop and execute annual training plan, maintaining flexibility to adapt to changing business drivers
• Lead project teams, collaborate with multiple functional areas, and manage vendor relationships to achieve training objectives

Required Qualifications:

• 10 years related experience with a Bachelor's degree
• Experience developing end-user trainings for high-profile customers and clients
• Ability to grow and develop into the management track of the organization
