Director of Transaction Advisory Services

Job Summary

Leading financial due diligence engagements, the full-time remote Director of Transaction Advisory Services will manage client relationships, oversee analytical work, and develop junior talent while contributing to the growth of the TAS practice.

Key responsibilities

• Lead buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence engagements, ensuring high-quality deliverables and client satisfaction
• Serve as the primary client contact, managing communications and presenting findings to stakeholders
• Develop and mentor team members, providing coaching and contributing to the overall growth of the TAS practice

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in financial due diligence at a Big 4 TAS or similar advisory firm
• Proven track record in leading quality of earnings analyses and full-scope financial due diligence engagements
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred (active or eligible)
• Advanced Excel proficiency and experience with large, complex datasets
• Strong understanding of US GAAP as applied in transaction contexts
