Job Summary

Leading financial due diligence engagements, the full-time salaried Director of Transaction Advisory Services will manage client relationships, oversee analytical work, and develop junior talent in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence engagements, ensuring high-quality deliverables and client satisfaction
• Serve as the primary client contact, managing communications and presenting findings to stakeholders
• Develop and mentor team members, contributing to their professional growth and the overall practice development

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in financial due diligence at a Big 4 TAS, national advisory firm, or similar environment
• Proven expertise in quality of earnings analyses and financial due diligence engagements with minimal supervision
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred (active or eligible)
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with large datasets under tight deadlines
• Strong understanding of US GAAP as applied in transaction contexts
