Director of Transaction Management

Job Summary

Managing complex real estate transactions, the full-time remote Director of Transaction Management will oversee client relationships, execute large and mid-size lease transactions, and drive business growth while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Assume all transaction responsibilities for clients and provide strategic advice during regular meetings
• Independently manage and execute complex transactions, negotiating favorable lease terms and ensuring adherence to processes
• Foster the growth and development of junior talent while actively monitoring transaction progress

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
• 10-15 years of relevant work experience, including 5-8 years as a Transaction Manager in commercial real estate
• Proven experience in transaction management with strong contract review and negotiation skills
• Experience working with corporate clients to achieve real estate objectives
• Solid understanding of financial and accounting impacts related to transactions
