Key Responsibilities

• Implement transformation office best practices to facilitate business strategy and ensure timely delivery of outcomes
• Develop new value chain capabilities through technology, tools, and data analytics
• Work with leadership teams to define strategic priorities and improve company outcomes through data-driven insights

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of strategy experience, with 5-7 years in strategy consulting or corporate strategy
• Experience in business transformation is required
• Strong executive presence with experience presenting to senior leadership
• Data-driven with a deep understanding of P&L dynamics
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and manage ambiguity
