Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, healthcare administration, or related field
• Master's degree in organizational design and leadership (e.g., MBA, MHA, MPH)
• 10+ years of experience in transformation or enterprise program management
• Proven track record of leading large, complex change initiatives
• Experience in healthcare, biotech, or regulated environments preferred
