Director of Transformation

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Transformation (AI) to lead enterprise initiatives for strategic, operational, and technology-enabled transformation.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with executive leaders to identify and scope strategic transformational opportunities
• Oversee project intake, discovery, and implementation processes for transformation initiatives
• Monitor project performance, identify risks, and recommend mitigation strategies to leadership

Required Qualifications

• At least 8 years of experience in transformation, strategy, or change management in a healthcare organization
• 3 years of management or leadership experience
• Proven success in influencing cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment
• Deep understanding of managed care operations and healthcare delivery systems
• Strong analytical and execution-oriented mindset
