Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Transformation (AI).

Key Responsibilities

• Leads and directs enterprise initiatives for strategic, operational, and technology-enabled transformation
• Oversees project intake, evaluation, implementation, and value realization for transformation initiatives
• Monitors project performance, identifies risks, and recommends mitigation strategies to leadership

Required Qualifications

• At least 8 years of experience in transformation, strategy, or change management within a healthcare organization
• 3 years of management or leadership experience
• Proven success in influencing cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment
• Deep understanding of managed care operations and healthcare delivery systems
• Strong analytical capabilities with an execution-oriented mindset
