Key Responsibilities

• Drive program and project management across multiple Value Creation Plan workstreams
• Prepare high-quality materials and strategic updates for executives and the Board of Directors
• Lead value-focused analyses and shape transformation narratives for executive presentations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Healthcare, or related field
• 4+ years at a top-tier management consulting firm or 2+ years post MBA
• Experience managing complex, multi-workstream transformation or strategy programs
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
• Demonstrated experience developing materials for C-suite and Board audiences
