Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Transformation.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct enterprise-level technology modernization initiatives from concept through delivery
• Lead the design and deployment of scalable, secure enterprise architectures for GovCon and R&D environments
• Define and drive the implementation of security-first technology strategies compliant with government standards

Required Qualifications

• Must be a U.S. Citizen
• Eligible to obtain and maintain a DoD secret security clearance
• 12+ years of progressive experience in technology leadership roles across federal contracting, finance, and R&D domains
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field required; advanced degree preferred
• Strong background in secure cloud environments, AI/ML solutions, and DevSecOps practices
