Director of Transformation

Job Summary

Operating as a leader within the Lumen Transformation Office, the full-time remote Director of Transformation will shape priorities, structure complex problems, and drive executive-level alignment while engaging with senior leadership to ensure clarity and accountability across initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Translate leadership priorities into clear problem statements, workplans, and decision frameworks
• Build high-quality executive materials and deliver impactful presentations that drive decisions and alignment
• Drive alignment and maintain momentum across initiatives, stepping in to push work over the line when needed

Required qualifications

• 8-12+ years of experience in strategy, transformation, business operations, or executive-level support roles
• Proven ability to operate at the SLT, SVP, and VP level with confidence and credibility
• Strong presence with the ability to influence, challenge, and coach senior leaders
• Exceptional ability to build clear, compelling, and executive-ready presentations
• Strong understanding of enterprise strategy and ability to stay aligned to shifting priorities
